I bring to my real estate business the experience of living in Southeastern Humboldt Co. for the past 33 years on 80 acres of mountain land near Dinsmore, which my husband Jack and I have developed into a solar and hydro powered homestead that is completely off the grid. We have developed our own spring water systems, gardens, three ponds and a solar pumping system for irrigation, as well as building our own home, greenhouse and outbuildings.  I have firsthand knowledge of the systems and what is involved in making your country living dream become reality, and am well versed in issues of rural land development and land transfer.  As of 12-23-2011 we are now served with incredibly fast high speed internet, brought to us by the fine folks at 101 Netlink! They also installed a clear VOIP telephone system.
